Every dumbwaiter we build is custom made to your specifications, unlike other manufactures who provide a "one size" machine, forcing you to design your life around the limitations of their product.
Specifications
- 200 Lbs Capacity.
- We custom build each dumbwaiter to give you the largest car possible. Maximum car size for the Powerlift 200 is (30" x 30" x 30" High)
- Call / send buttons, door locks, and door safety switches furnished.
- Adjustable limits. NOTE: The limits are preset to you specs, but are easily adjustable in the field.
- 3/4 HP - 220 or 110 volt motor.
- Bottom or top motor mount.
- Size 40 roller chain. (3125 lbs tensile breaking strength)
- Powder coated rail assembly, trolley, and car.
- Pillow block top fixture.
- Elevator interlocks available.
- Top and bottom final limits available.
- Keyed on / off switch available to lock the dumbwaiter when parents are not at home to supervise children.
- Powder coated car panels available.
- ASME 17.1 package available.
- Car gates, slide-up, or bi-parting, available.
- Metal access and hoist way doors available.

- UL Listed Elevator/Dumbwaiter controller. (UL#233908)
- Meets ASME 17.1.
- Dumbwaiter car can be open on any 3 sides at no additional charge.
- Call / send buttons, door interlocks, and door safety switches furnished.
- Adjustable limits. NOTE: The limits are preset to your specs, but are easily adjustable in the field.
- 1 HP - 220 volt motor, or 240 volt, or 480 volt 3 phase motor.
- Bottom or top motor mount.

- Comes with one scissor car gate.
